Welcome Baby Girl!

A year ago, this time exactly, we were visiting my friend Charity. Charity and her husband James had decided to get pregnant using invitro fertilization. We were there, in Muskegon, for moral support. Charity was on "bed rest" and so as friends we gathered together for food, movies, and laughing. We were all very excited with the anticipation of what could be if this worked.

The first attempt was unsuccessful. I think each of us felt our hearts break for our friends. If anyone deserved to be parents-it was James and Charity. We all prayed hard, encouraged our friends, and held our breath (just a little) for the second attempt. It was successful and last Tuesday, my friends became parents for the first time. They are going to be wonderful! I am so proud of them and their new addition....Welcome Adeline Kay! We all love you so much already!
